*Local tax

The local tax of € 2,60 per person and day from the age of 14 is not included in the daily price and must be paid separately as a municipal tax.
*NEW*: Therefore you can use bus & train South Tyrol wide for free.

Children’s discount (room types “d” and “e”):

• up to 3 years: free
• up to 6 years: 50 %
• up to 12 years: 30 %

Children from 3 to 12 years breakfast € 8.00 per day

For stays of less than 7 days in the apartment, we charge a cleaning fee of € 35.00 – € 45.00

Short stays:

• from 1 night – surcharge € 5.00 per day and person
• from 2 or 3 nights – surcharge € 3.00 per day and person

With this price list, all previous price lists are invalid.

Deposit

When booking for the first time, the written confirmation with receipt of a deposit of € 150.00 applies. Our bank details for the transfer of the deposit:

Good to know

• For stays of 1 week and more, the final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
• The prices include all taxes, bike rental, tourist card and free entry to the fun sun and indoor pool in Naturno.
• Of course we provide you with the bed linen free of charge.
• Hand and bath towels are also available free of charge and are changed regularly.
• Washing machine available; € 5.00 per wash (including detergent)
• Water, electricity and heating are also included in the price.
• In the morning we offer you a fresh bread service.
• We ask for your understanding if the apartments are only ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure, so that there is enough time for thorough cleaning.
• Small dogs (up to 20 kg) on request, daily price without food € 5.00
• We accept EC and credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express)
• If the room or apartment key is not handed in on the day of departure, you will be charged € 50.00.

Cancellation terms

• Cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the holiday are free of charge.
• In the event of cancellation from 3 months to one month before the start of the holiday, we charge 60% of the agreed accomodation price.
• In the event of cancellation from one month to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the agreed accomodation price.
• Within the last 2 weeks before the start of the holiday and in case of early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
• The deposit will not be refunded.
